Digital Products, Licensing & Conditions of Sale

1. Introduction

Welcome to PsalmShop, available at https://psalmshop.com/.

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases of digital products from PsalmShop, including downloadable Christian wall art, scripture typography, SVG designs and associated digital files.

By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing, as file formats, dimensions and permitted uses may vary between products.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

All products sold through PsalmShop are digital downloads. No physical products are supplied or shipped.

Following successful payment, purchased files are normally available through the order confirmation page and, where applicable, the confirmation email or customer account.

Individual product descriptions specify the included files, formats and relevant technical information.

3. Licensing and Permitted Use

Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the artwork under the conditions described below.

The permitted uses depend on the type of product purchased.

3.1 SVG and Craft Design Bundles

SVG and craft design bundles include permission for personal use and limited commercial use.

You may:

Use the designs for personal projects, gifts and decorations.
Create physical products featuring the designs, including T-shirts, mugs, greeting cards, signs, accessories and decorative items.
Sell finished physical products featuring the designs.
Resize, recolour or adapt the artwork as necessary to create finished physical products.
Use a third-party printing or fulfilment service to manufacture physical products on your behalf, provided the service does not obtain independent rights to reuse, distribute or sell the artwork.

There is no fixed numerical limit on the quantity of finished physical products you may create or sell under this licence.

3.2 Printable Wall Art

Printable wall art is supplied for personal and non-commercial use.

You may:

Print the artwork for display in your home or other personal spaces.
Have the artwork printed by a professional printing service for your personal use.
Print copies to give as personal gifts.
Resize the artwork for personal printing, provided the design is not misrepresented as your own original work.

You may not commercially reproduce or sell printed copies of the artwork, including posters, framed prints or other reproductions, without prior written permission.

3.3 Restrictions Applying to All Digital Products

Regardless of the product type, you may not:

Resell, redistribute, share or give away the purchased digital files.
Sell the artwork as an SVG, PNG, EPS, PDF, DXF or any other downloadable digital design.
Modify the artwork and resell it as a new digital design.
Include the artwork in digital bundles, clipart collections, downloadable templates, design libraries or stock-art collections.
Upload the files to websites, marketplaces or services where others can download, extract, edit or independently reuse the artwork.
Claim authorship or copyright ownership of the original artwork.
Transfer, sublicense or grant independent commercial rights to another person or business.

Providing files to a printing or fulfilment service solely to manufacture an authorised finished product is permitted, provided the files are not made available for independent reuse.

Any use outside these permissions requires prior written authorisation from PsalmShop.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All original artwork, designs, illustrations, typography arrangements and digital files remain the intellectual property of PsalmShop or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a digital product grants a licence to use the design under these Terms & Conditions. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork.

Modifying a design does not remove the licensing restrictions applying to the original artwork.

Scripture quotations and other third-party material incorporated into a product may be subject to separate rights or permissions. No rights are granted beyond those PsalmShop is authorised to provide.

5. Prices and Payment

Product prices are displayed on the website before purchase.

Applicable taxes and the final amount payable will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered by PsalmShop before digital files are released.

We may change product prices or withdraw products from sale at any time. Such changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6. Cancellations, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Because PsalmShop supplies digital content, special rules may apply to cancellation once downloading or access has begun.

Where applicable law provides a statutory withdrawal period, that right will only be lost when the legal requirements for immediate supply of digital content have been satisfied, including any required express consent and acknowledgement from the customer.

Simply purchasing a digital product does not, by itself, remove statutory cancellation rights.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, corrupted or inaccessible file, please contact us through our Contact page, including your order number and a description of the problem.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a corrected or replacement file, restore access, or offer another remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts any statutory rights to cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund that apply to your purchase.

Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase.

7. File Compatibility and Customer Responsibilities

PsalmShop aims to provide digital files in the formats and specifications stated in each product description.

Before purchasing, please check that your software, equipment and intended production method support the supplied file formats.

SVG and other vector designs may require compatible graphics or cutting software. Printable artwork may require appropriate printing equipment or a professional printing service.

Colours, print dimensions and final results may vary depending on your monitor, printer, materials, software and settings.

If a supplied file does not conform to its description or is defective, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Website and Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of our website, product descriptions and digital downloads.

Occasional interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update product descriptions, correct errors or discontinue products where necessary.

If a technical problem prevents access to a purchased product, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide appropriate assistance.

9. Liability

PsalmShop is responsible for complying with its legal obligations concerning the digital products it supplies.

We are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised use of our files, customer modifications or uses outside the licence granted, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or applicable statutory consumer protections.

10. Governing Law and Consumer Protection

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable Spanish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of habitual residence.

Nothing in these terms deprives consumers of mandatory legal protections or access to courts available to them under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our products, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

The terms applicable to an individual purchase will generally be those presented at the time the order was placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.

The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
